Rumah Jati
Rumah Jati is where Desa Kayu actually began — the first house built on the property, and the one that turned a single wooden build into a whole village. The bedroom sits in a loft under the pitched roof, a wall of glass facing straight out over the rice fields, with the living space, a small dining nook and the bathroom on the ground floor below.
Same reclaimed-timber construction as the rest of Desa Kayu, with a round outdoor soaking tub tucked into its own corner of the deck.

- There's ongoing construction on a neighbouring property, which can mean daytime noise.
